I did not receive the email that had the slip on it. Thus, you will have to get it off off another of Mr. Kim's websites.
If anyone knows the URL of another one, can you please post it here?
I emailed Mr. Kim and if he responds I'll be able to give you a link to the slip.
ALSO, remember not to go to 5th period tomorrow :)
